Jaxen Brewer/Men's Golf | University Of Science & Arts Of Oklahoma
Monday and Tuesday, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma men's golf team competed at the MSC Aggie Invitational and earned a second-place team finish.
The tournament was competed at Dornick Hills Country Club in Ardmore, Okla., and the Drovers completed with a three-round score of 941 (318, 314, 309). The course featured cold and windy conditions on the 6,621-yard, par 70 layout.
Jaxen Brewer was spectacular in the tournament, and ultimately finished runner-up after losing in the playoff. Brewer fired a three-round score of 229 (73, 81, 75).
Caleb Smith concluded in a tie for fifth with a score of 235 (83, 77, 75), followed by Luca Gisler in a tie for seventh, closing with a score of 236 (79, 76, 81).
Luke O'Dell place in 10th, after producing a score of 214 (83, 80, 78).
WHAT'S NEXT?
The Drovers will return to action on March 27-28 for the Allen B. Pease Classic, hosted by Oklahoma City University at Rose Creek Golf Club, in Edmond, Okla.
