10.3 percent of Mid-America Christian University students played sports on university teams in 2017-2018

In 2017-2018, 10.3 percent of Mid-America Christian University students participated in collegiate sports, according to data made available by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).

Mid-America Christian University has 1,462 undergraduate students, of which 63 percent are women and 37 percent are men, and a total student body of 1,938 students. Of these students, 116 men and 83 women represented the school by participating in one or more of the sports with teams at the school.

This total does not include students playing intramural sports.

According to NCES, 8.7 percent of students enrolled at institutions of higher education with sports teams were on teams.

The sports at Mid-America Christian University with the most participants are soccer (61), baseball (48) and basketball (46).
