53 percent of applicants to the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma were admitted for fall 2018

At the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, 86 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 68 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year public institution in Chickasha enrolled 852 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 65 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of Oklahoma.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (51 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (11 percent).

The school admitted 53 percent of the 1,563 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 26 percent enrolled.
